  • Return Conditions

    Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as sent from us.
  • Please know that we don't change any OPEN item due to its nature( safety of food and beverages)

  • Customers are not permitted to open the package before paying to check the contents. If you have any problem please feel free to contact us.
  • We rely on reputable shipping companies to deliver your order safely and on time. However, if there are any issues with the delivery, please contact us, and we will assist you in any way we can.
  • It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
