Yemeni Plain Qishr (Arabic Coffee)

 Qishr is a traditional hot beverage originating from Yemen. It is crafted by infusing spiced coffee husks, ginger, and occasionally cinnamon. In Yemen, qishr is commonly enjoyed as a coffee substitute due to its unique characteristic of not requiring the coffee roasting process.
